About 40 minutes out of Canberra - beautiful Collector is the just off the main highway.

SOME CAFE

A popular pit-stop for travellers, Some Cafe is the beating heart of this town and for good reason. It’s one of my absolute favourite spots anywhere in the country - great coffee, incredible sweet treats and delicious food. They also stock regional wines and have their own store with house-made condiments and local goodies.

COLLECTOR WINES

The Collector Markets are on the third Saturday of each month, with a range of stalls - my favourite is always Collector Wines. The most incredible selection of fine wines and amazing varietals from winemaker Alex McKay. Each one is flawless - you cannot miss out on trying these!

COLLECTOR FRESH

Collector Fresh is a fantastic spot, just behind Some Cafe. They stock beautiful, fresh, seasonal produce all sourced from the local region - definitely worth a visit, I guarantee you’ll come home with a fresh bounty of produce!
